Today's lunch, I visited "Miharashitei Miyagawa branch". The ramen here, formerly known as Shinasoba, is characterized by its unique and exquisite sweet and salty soup. There are 5 types of sets that we recommend, including the Shinasoba and another menu. This shop is the second shop of Miharitei, a famous ramen shop right next to Chichibu Bridge, which is famous for Anohana. It's also famous in Chichibu, and it's a little less than 3km away from my house. It is a well-known restaurant where you can enjoy sagas anytime. I remember that my grandfather, just before he passed away, wanted this restaurant's "shinasoba" for his last supper, and rushed in with a pot because there was no delivery. I think that my grandfather, who was sick in his bed and couldn't eat anything, remembered this taste when he thought of good food. It is a famous restaurant with such deliciousness. If you're thinking of eating ramen, or rather "Shinasoba" for lunch or dinner on Chichibuji, I highly recommend this restaurant. Until about ten years ago, if you ordered "ramen" at the main store, you would be scolded for "shinasoba". Please have a cup of such a stubborn inherited taste.
