I've been going to this store since it opened 20 years ago. Anyway, the tsukemen is delicious! It seems that not only regular customers from the neighborhood, but also many people come from far away to eat. The noodles are chewy and soaked in cold water, making them slippery and easy to eat. Although the soup is spicy, it has a rich flavor. Menma and chopped chashu are both easy to eat and delicious! No matter how many years have passed, it's still a really delicious restaurant♪ Thank you for the meal! The location is about 10 minutes walk from Kawabe Station on the Ome Line. There is a private parking lot in front of the store and nearby.

It's been a long time since I've been away due to corona, but I'm coming to the store for the first time in a few years. I have been visiting the store several times a year since it opened. This time I ordered the noodles with vegetables. The noodles are chewy and slippery. They go well with the soup! The dipping sauce has a strong fish-based soy sauce flavor that balances my favorite sourness, spiciness, and sweetness! The ingredients are also thinly arranged so that they can be eaten together with the noodles. The noodles are well-balanced and can be eaten up in no time.I think this tsukemen is popular with elderly people like me. Since it's a popular restaurant, there's always a line, so we aimed for a time slot that seemed to be empty, and arrived before 3:00 on Saturday.

I use it about 3 times a month, but it's always crowded. However, the shop is more efficient and asks the customers waiting in line for orders, so there is no wasted time. The tsukemen is neither soy sauce nor miso nor salty. It's sour and spicy, it's an addictive soup. I'm happy to rent a parasol.
