Hachioji, Tokyo, Japan｜Goemon

①It was after 1:00 pm, there was a line of about 5 people in front of the store, and we waited for about 10 minutes. ②There is a short doglegged counter on one side, and the operation is run by a couple (?) inside and an older sister outside. Everyone seems friendly and nice. ③ I ordered chashu noodles with onions, and the bowl arrived in about 5 minutes. ④The soup is as delicious as the rumors say. It's the best match with onions. ⑤Charshu guinea pigs are delicious. ⑥Noodles, straight, thin and medium-sized. It goes in smoothly. ⑦I repeat, the soup and onions are delicious. ⑧An elderly woman walks in by herself and chats with the shop owner. I think it's rooted in the local area, and it's certainly a light, plus-rich dish that even older women will want to try. Thank you for the meal.

To eat Hachioji Ramen, which I have only ever eaten at a cup ramen while visiting a grave, I searched for a place with a good evaluation on the way home. It was a hit here. It was still past 11:00, but there was already a small line in front of the store. I usually don't wait in line to eat, but because I parked in a coin parking lot, I waited in line for about 10 minutes under the scorching sun. Is the store only a counter with about 10 seats? Luckily, I was able to sit in a seat directly under the air conditioner, and I had green onion ramen with more onions. The first bite is sesame oil? I felt a strong flavor like, but it tastes like a soy sauce flavor that is not light. Onions are so good! The conscientious price of +50 yen even with more onions is also a good impression. It was my favorite straight noodle-like thin noodle, and it was delicious until the end. It's quite far, so I don't go out of my way to eat there, but if it's in the neighborhood, I'd like to go again.

Arrived 13 minutes before opening. There were 7 people in line. I think there were 15 to 16 people in total in line when the store opened at 11am. I was happy to eat this ramen for the first time in a while. As expected, this Hachioji ramen is delicious. I've eaten Hachioji ramen from many places, but I want to reset my Hachioji ramen with this ramen. The photo shows more seaweed and more onions.
