This is my favorite ramen shop in Hachioji! It goes without saying that this is a well-known Hachioji ramen shop. We lined up to eat before the restaurant opened, so I don't know about the wait time or the speed of service, but it's a rich and hearty soy sauce ramen that will keep your sleepy head sharp. The noodles are straight noodles, but they have a strength that matches the soup and are the best combination! If you like strong flavors, we highly recommend it, so why not take a chance? If you like onions, you might want to ask for more onions. There is a counter and a tatami room inside the store, so you can bring your children with you. The food is served quickly, the rotation is good, and you don't have to worry about waiting in line. The restaurant feels old, but the tables and counters are kept clean so it doesn't feel unsanitary. It seems like a lot of people order green onion ramen or green onion barley chashu.
