If you search for a ramen restaurant in Ome and decide to go here, you should definitely check it out. Average soup in a large bowl. Green onion oil with a nice scent of dried sardines? The soup was refreshing without any bitterness or harshness from the dried sardines, but it had a strong soy sauce and saltiness that made the normally two-ball noodles go smoothly. I'm thankful that the soup is covered with lard so it stays piping hot until the end. The Eifuku style is to add a raw egg in the middle and make it sukiyaki style to change the taste. The noodles are soft, so it's best to order them hard, but I'd like to point out that they're not the hard ones you'd find in the streets. It's dried sardine ramen, but it's not the back fat doronibo type that's been trending lately, it's just a refreshing Chinese soba, and the soft noodles made by Kusamura Seimen are a characteristic of Eifuku-style Taishoken, so if you don't like that kind of ramen, this is the one that meets your requirements. For those who don't have it, I recommend that you don't eat it and go instead of giving a strange evaluation. I have visited most of the Eifuku-style Taishoken restaurants in Tokyo, including the main branch, and I think the soup here is so perfect that it ranks among my top three restaurants and is extremely delicious.

Dried sardines? Noodles are common Chinese noodles in soy sauce ramen. Noodles are soft. Noodles and soup are a perfect match. The chashu was also soft and delicious. There is a parking lot in front of the store, but it's so narrow that I can only stop lightly, so I parked at Inageya and went shopping on the way home.

Get the wonton men. The refreshing seafood soup is gentle on the uncle's stomach. The softness of the wontons and the soft noodles are a perfect match. The serving time is long and it is often quite crowded, so let's give yourself plenty of time. The amount of noodles is ridiculously large, so it is recommended to look at the menu carefully before ordering.
