The noodles are soft, so it's best to order them hard, but I'd like to point out that they're not the hard ones you'd find in the streets. It's dried sardine ramen, but it's not the back fat doronibo type that's been trending lately, it's just a refreshing Chinese soba, and the soft noodles made by Kusamura Seimen are a characteristic of Eifuku-style Taishoken, so if you don't like that kind of ramen, this is the one that meets your requirements. For those who don't have it, I recommend that you don't eat it and go instead of giving a strange evaluation. I have visited most of the Eifuku-style Taishoken restaurants in Tokyo, including the main branch, and I think the soup here is so perfect that it ranks among my top three restaurants and is extremely delicious.
