It's about medium spicy, but the dashi stock and mellow miso make it just right. There aren't too many bean sprouts and green onions, and the basic toppings are one half-flavored egg, a few wood ear mushrooms, and one slice of pork belly pork. If you add butter and chashu, it's sure to be devilishly delicious🧈🍖 Also, the menu for the wooden and paper versions is the same. I guess it's just a different way of saying the extra 300 yen for extra char siu. It's also nice to have a fortune-telling ball, which is now an endangered species, on the table. Miso Orochon - Garlic and delicious! ️ The green onions are always crunchy and go perfectly with the fresh Orochon soup! ️ The young staff works hard and makes you feel good! ️ The rice is always freshly cooked, glossy and delicious! ️Even small rice is normal size!! ️The lightly pickled cabbage that comes with it is so delicious😋 Last time I said how delicious these pickles were, the next time I said it was just my imagination lol This is a shop run by such a kind owner 👍

I've been going here often for a long time! Tekka noodles are the best! Delicious and spicy ramen that is rarely found in Nishitama❗
