Hachioji, Tokyo, Japan｜Ramen restaurant

It's the first time I have eaten ramen that I think is delicious after I have been in Japan for so long. The char siu is really grilled, has a smoky flavor, and is not greasy at all. The noodle soup is not oily either, and it is really delicious with spicy sauce. I ordered Xin ネギ. I didn't expect much at first, but I ate half of it and thought it was really delicious, so I took a photo.

Lots of ramen places in front of the station, but this one's the best. Great chashu and soup. Awesome free side dishes. Free extra ramen. Free rice sometimes too (I think for lunch).

After a while, delicious ramen is in front of you. First of all, I had a sip of soup. The amount of boiling of the noodles, the entanglement of the medium-thick slightly curly noodles and the soup were very good. The seaweed and menma also tasted good, and I added a spicy paste in the middle to change the taste, and finally broke the boiled egg and finished it. I drank up the soup and finished it. I don't want to take it off when I'm in the age where I pay attention to food, and when I have ramen for lunch, I was satisfied with my lunch this time.
