I had tsukemen, but the soup had a seafood-based taste, and it went well with the chewy thick noodles and was delicious.

"Chinese Soba Matsuba" next to Hachioji City Hall has a wide variety of menu items such as tsukemen, ramen (salt, soy sauce, miso, spicy) and abura soba. I had G Mori oil soba, but it wasn't as heavy as it looked, and the ingredients were chashu, vegetables, green onions, and egg yolk. The char siu was very soft with just the right balance of lean and fat. I was able to eat it until the end.
