I went to eat here for the first time in over ten years. The taste and volume were still good. Soy sauce ramen with backfat and a hearty fried rice feast! Be careful if you are going for the first time! The food here is average and the portions are huge, so if you order a large portion like you would at another restaurant, you'll be in trouble.

This is a shop run by the master alone. Even a regular serving is quite large, so if you're a woman or someone who doesn't eat much, you might want to ask them to reduce the amount. You can't go wrong no matter which one you order. The master's rhythmic handling of the pot is also worth seeing 😆

The amount of rice and noodles is quite large, so it may be too much for those who eat less. The taste is delicious no matter what menu you order. The gyoza are wrapped when you order them, and they were delicious even without seasonings such as soy sauce. When I go with my kids, I appreciate that they will prepare a menu of their choice without me having to ask.
