Stayed with coworkers in Akigawa for one night due to a majority of hotels booked up in Tachigawa. This was one of only a few late Ramen spots open. The broth was definitely deliously and very fast service like traditional Ramen houses. The cook was very friendly and pretty happy when we rolled in late with 8 persons. There is also a good Karaoke place on the next block. Seating in the place was 2 large tables and normal Ramen house seats rounding the kitchen.

Bibuta's limited edition soy sauce ramen was really delicious ✨ Normally, when I eat soy sauce ramen, I always stick to my family's ramen, but a friend told me that the soy sauce ramen soup here was really delicious, so I went there and it was amazing. I had a bad experience, but eating the ramen here made me feel so much better😭

The first one is pork bone ramen🍜 The tonkotsu-loving ramen guy keeps eating tonkotsu ramen even when he comes to Tokyo🤣 Tsukemen Bibuta Akiruno store 2-2-4 Akikawa, Akiruno City, Tokyo I had the Goku Tonkotsu Ramen (¥780). I received a flavored egg as a lunchtime service. It's a pretty tasty visual. Let's start with the soup... It was a typical pork bone soy sauce ramen with a light soy sauce aroma. The finish is different from Kyushu-style tonkotsu soup, but it is also different from Iekei ramen soup, and from my experience, it tastes closest to Hiroshima tonkotsu. The texture is gentle and soft, with a gentle taste without any unpleasant taste. However, the sticky, dark finish was strong, and I was able to finish the whole meal without getting tired of it.
