Today I was tired from climbing the mountain 🚵, and I wanted a cold body on the descent, so Ikeya Butcher's "beef tendon curry tsukemen" 😊 The dipping sauce here is a spicy curry based on katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes), and it's nice that it's filled with melty beef tendon! And the noodles are thick and chewy like udon noodles, not to be outdone by the strong curry. It's delicious no matter when you eat it, it's my favorite shop 😋

I received my own ramen for 750 yen. Very rich visuals (≧∀≦) Start with the soup 🎵 The dried sardines are effective and it's rich but drinkable (≧∀≦) Delicious🎵 The noodles are very thick and chewy, but it feels difficult to bite into them. At the end, I added a little table vinegar and finished the meal perfectly (≧∀≦) I will visit again 🎵

Best ramen. Customer service seems to have various opinions, but I am satisfied. It's up to the person what they want. I feel warmer than the manual correspondence of the chain store.
