Personally, I recommend the seafood and pork bone ramen, which is full of flavor! Enter the store and buy first from the ticket vending machine on the left. A system where you can also buy extra coins from the ticket vending machine. Since there are no hall staff, it is hygienic that the person making the order does not touch the cash. By the way, the Kaedama Handama (50 yen) is just right for me. Regarding customer service, I would say that if you want to be treated like a king, there will be people who will be dissatisfied. When I saw the comments about the smell, I thought they were basing it on the milder taste of chain restaurants like ○ran and ichi○do, which cater to women and tourists. I don't think you know what authentic tonkotsu ramen is. The soup here doesn't smell bad. Rather well-balanced and delicious. After eating 3 or 4 bites, squeeze the garlic that is placed in the center of the store and add pickled ginger to change the taste.It's great!
