I had been curious about Chinese soba restaurant San (^^) for a long time. After finishing work in Sagamihara city, I arrived at the store 15 minutes before it opened, and while sitting on the bench at the entrance, I decided to choose one of the three types of Chinese noodles. As I was debating whether to order it, a faint scent of dried sardines wafted through the air, so I decided on the [Niboshi soy sauce soba] straight thin noodles (lol). The soup is a perfect match between the richness of the dried sardines and the slightly sweet soy sauce, which is just as appealing as the aroma.I chose the thin noodles, but they were a bit hard. The chopsticks went down smoothly and had a nice texture. The chashu is salty and meltingly delicious! I thought it was a good idea to order it separately! Last time, I had straight thin noodles and it felt very close to [Japanese] soba, but if I had medium-thick noodles, it would be ramen ♪ The onions with black pepper were also crunchy ♡ This is a store you'll want to visit again and again! Low price! ! I ordered dried sardine soy sauce soba and jet black soy sauce soba. (Both straight thin noodles) Chinese soba 750 yen each! ! The dried sardine soy sauce soba had a clean dried sardine without any unpleasant taste, and the jet black soy sauce soba had a pork bone-like umami and the chopped onion was a good accent, and it was really delicious.
