I went to eat there for the first time in years. There are 4 parking spaces in front of the store and parking spaces 9 to 13 located diagonally across the street from the store. The person who was making it was not the previous owner. I ordered tanmen and gyoza. Fried rice wasn't on the menu on the wall, it was posted on the wall of the kitchen, so I didn't know if it was available. The entrance to the store was open and a large fan similar to the ones you would find in a factory blows the air in. I was seated right in front of the store, so I didn't have to sweat. There are only counter seats and the tables are clean. The owner is young and quiet and responds in a modest voice. Tanmen was done first. It's a nostalgic visual. It's tanmen with white noodles in a salty soup with plenty of Chinese cabbage and occasional pieces of shredded pork. I'm really grateful that it has so much Chinese cabbage in it, even though it's expensive. Sipping on the piping hot Chinese cabbage and soup brings back nostalgic memories. This well-seasoned soup is delicious. The noodles are a little firm, which I like, but I guess everyone has different tastes. The balance of soup, Chinese cabbage, pork, and noodles is exquisite. Along the way, you can try adding a little pepper, and the classic dish is best eaten with the special chili oil and vinegar on the table! The person next to me also drank all the soup. Gyoza came out on the way. It's bite-sized. It's just 300 yen for 5 pieces. It's bite-sized so I almost got burned if I put it all in my mouth (sweat) The grilled surface is crispy and hard, and a little juicy. Just be careful of the heat. This big fan? Blower? They do a great job. I didn't have to sweat a lot. Just ¥1,000 for tanmen and gyoza! It was very delicious! I would definitely like to go eat there again. I know it's difficult due to the rising cost of ingredients, but please continue to make delicious tanmen. Thank you for the meal🙏🏻

I don't particularly like tanmen to begin with, but the one here is so addictive that I want to eat it regularly. It would not be an exaggeration to say that this is probably the most delicious tanmen restaurant in Japan. Chili oil is also very delicious. One bottle is sold for 1000 yen. There is also a store in Higashi-Nakagami, but that one has far fewer ingredients and the taste is different from the previous one, to be honest. It's a shame that there are only 1.2 pieces of meat in it. Other reviews about the lack of toppings are probably mistaken for the Higashi-Nakagami branch. Compared to the Higashinakagami store, the Akiruno store inherits the Sendai flavor more firmly, and has many toppings, making it exceptionally delicious. The only menu items are tanmen, gyoza (boiled gyoza is also available), and fried rice, but all of them are extremely delicious. It's a famous store.

I went to a restaurant with a reputation for delicious tanmen (700 yen). Combined with gyoza (300 yen), 1,000 yen is a great value because there are many Chinese cabbages and the soup is delicious. Fried rice (700 yen) is also delicious and delicious. Open only for lunch. Almost full at the time of opening. A line was forming immediately. It was a normal Chinese restaurant without any stains like what was written on the net. The owner has a gentle and kind atmosphere. The point to be worried about is that the entrance is fully open, so it is hot during the daytime in midsummer.
