Gonokami Butcher Shop RAJUKU 3-9-13 Ogawa Higashi, Akiruno City, Tokyo Today's limited ramen is pork bone soy sauce🍜(¥850) It's a bowl of so-called Yokohama family ramen. Although it is the default, it has a lot of gorgeous visuals. The oil film also shines beautifully. Soup, noodles, toppings... The happiness of having thickly cut chewy pork fillet with spinach wrapped in seaweed is a delicious taste that can only be found in the family. The tonkotsu-based soup had a bit too much soy sauce flavor for me, so I was disappointed that I couldn't enjoy the essential taste of tonkotsu. However, even though it's made with soy sauce pork bones, this is Yokohama-style ramen. It's strange to compare it to regular pork bone soup. Now, RAJUKU's business hours are irregular, and business schedules are announced on SNS such as Instagram. I had high-purity gamecock ramen + flavored egg and duck green onion rice. The slightly clear soup was topped with thin straight noodles, char siu chicken, and bone-in game chicken (probably), and although the combination of noodles and soup lacked a bit of punch, the gentle soup stock made it enjoyable. Is the duck green onion rice a condiment made with 4 to 5 pieces of duck mixed with duck meat and green onions? However, it's served on rice with a mildly sweet sauce, and the price of 400 yen is no wonder.

I was at a nearby golf course, so I stopped by after doing some research. It's a special rich pork bone soup, and it feels like it's made with melon oil. The default noodles are medium-thin, and the extra noodles are extra-fine. Recommended for those who like dark pork bones. Well, let's say it's an easy-to-understand density. It's the same type of soup as this soup, and it's now closed due to eviction, but it had the same taste as the pork "Ryu no Kuro Tonkotsu" that was in Kameido.I liked the ramen at that restaurant, so I felt nostalgic. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, chopsticks, astragalus, and other seasonings were all stored in the back of the store, making it a self-service restaurant.There is a shared parking lot with Sames, so you can easily stop by by car.
