You're the type who likes Hachioji ramen here😍 The soup has just the right amount of flavor, and the char siu is soft and crumbly, but it has a firm elasticity! I topped with menma, but it was super thick and crunchy and it was delicious 👍 Also, the customer service is very good! When I was queuing up before the store opened, it was hot outside, so he told me that I could wait inside, and he even gave me water! Attake~ This kind of thoughtful shop is wonderful and makes me want to go again✨ To be frank, the taste and customer service were much better than the popular Hachioji ramen shop near here❗ Thank you for the meal 😋👍

I visited on April 28, 2023. The item I ordered was chashu noodles, and the noodles were thin and chewy. The chashu is pork shoulder loin, so it's filling but has no odor and is delicious. Menma is also soft and delicious. The soup is soy sauce-based, but unlike other Hachioji ramen, they are particular about the stock, oil, and salt, so it's not just a chicken soup, but a complex flavor with a salty taste and sweetness, and a mellow and umami flavor that makes it a regular soup. I drank all that was left. There are various Hachioji ramen shops, but this one is a bit different from other Hachioji ramen shops and is delicious, so I would like to visit again next time.
