☕️ good morning Ramen after all on a cold night 🍜😻 In the evening, I stopped by Fussa Station on my way home and visited a ramen shop that specializes in late-night business. Ramen Toriton 891 Fussa, Fussa City, Tokyo Prefecture This is a double-featured restaurant that offers chicken paitan ramen and tonkotsu ramen. It is open from 8:00 p.m. until dawn the next day, which is unique to the downtown area, so it is a ramen shop with high hurdles for everyday life. As a tonkotsu lover, I had no hesitation in choosing the tonkotsu soy sauce ramen (¥800). It is a tonkotsu soy sauce that is closer to the family lineage than the tonkotsu of Kyushu. The difference is that the flavor of pork bones is firmly asserted. I thoroughly enjoyed the strong tonkotsu soup without losing the soy sauce flavor. It's a delicious soup😋 Even though it doesn't feel heavy, it still has a rich taste and mouthfeel. I like this kind of soup. It's a bowl of ramen that you can enjoy and enjoy as usual, without saying it's a bowl of ramen. The slightly medium-thick, chewy noodles are also delicious. This noodle is well mixed with the soup and is a satisfying meal. The amount of noodles is also moderately voluminous 👌 The char siu served casually is so creamy that it can be loosened just by picking it up with chopsticks. And a wonderfully delicious seasoning. It was a piece that made me regret not making char siu noodles. It was a very satisfying tonkotsu ramen with a very high degree of perfection. I'd like to try chicken hot water next time 😊 #Ramen chicken pork #Fussa ramen #pork bone ramen
I love both the shop and the ramen. “Tonkotsu Soy Sauce Charshu Noodles” ¥1,000- Medium-thick curly noodles with rich soup and melty char siu! It's really delicious, so I recommend it whether you drink it or not!
