I ordered a set of miso ramen for 650 yen and half fried rice for 250 yen. I decided on the menu based on reviews. I was the first customer when I entered the store at 11:50 on Thursday, and my order was served within 5 minutes. The moment the miso ramen and half-fried rice are placed on the table, the pleasant aroma of miso wafts through the air. Even before I ate it, I thought it would be delicious, so I tried the soup. It's rich and delicious. But it's refreshing. It's definitely traditional Chinese food! It doesn't leave you feeling tired or oily after a meal. Only the aftertaste of miso remains. Is the half-fried rice just like the reviews say? It's well seasoned, with a hint of salt in some places, which is excellent. It's rare these days that there are 5 Green Peas on top, and they're doing a good job. You can feel the chef's love for the fried rice by carefully placing the green peas on the plate after serving the fried rice. So it must be delicious. The shrubbery outside the restaurant is well taken care of, and it's wonderful not only in the food but also in the appearance. The young female clerk was also very good at customer service. It was a one-time operation near Musashi-Koganei Station, but I would like to go there again if I have a chance.
