More Comments at Google MapI ordered the special corner Fuji. The noodles are extremely thick, and the bowl is filled with bean sprouts, garlic, menma, and a large chashu that covers the noodles. So-called Jiro-style ramen. The seasoning is just right for me, and I feel safe coming back to this restaurant. Other people's comments said that the clerk was unfriendly, but I felt that she was a nice person, albeit shy.
I really like the taste. Garlic, the feeling that is not oily is the intelligence
Kakufuji has many stores in the east of Tokyo and Chiba, and I used to go there often for work, but it's far from the Tama area. When I was really craving something, I did some research and found this restaurant in the Tachikawa area. I ate Kakufuji Ramen for the first time in a few years, and it was absolutely delicious. I liked the flavor at the Chiba restaurant, but this one has just the right amount of salt compared to other Kakufuji restaurants. If the salt is too high, it will be difficult to eat the second half of the meal, so I was able to enjoy it without feeling hungry until the end. The amount of bean sprouts and noodles was just right, and everything was well balanced. There is a famous Jiro restaurant in my hometown that has long lines every day, but personally, this restaurant is much better.
