I visited on a Sunday around 13:30. Me and another person happened to enter the store at the same time, but there were no other customers in the store. There are 5-6 table seats for 4 people, so depending on the timing, it may get very crowded. It seems that the shop is run by an elderly couple. Both the proprietress who took orders and the chef who cooked in the back greeted us pleasantly and said, ``Welcome!'' When I ordered half ramen and fried rice, it was served in about 5 minutes. (I was served earlier than the other person who had ordered something like tanmen or something. It may have been faster because it was a standard menu item.) The clear soup of the good old light soy sauce ramen has the flavor you would expect from the soup stock, but above all, the hand-made noodles are very delicious with the aroma of wheat and the chewy texture. The half-fried rice served in a small bowl is moist. Finely chopped chashu, kamaboko, green onions, and eggs too. Even though it's only half-fried rice, it contains a full lineup of toppings. It was fragrant and very delicious, and I liked the fried rice so much that I wanted to eat it even if it was a regular size dish. The customer service was also very pleasant and they even gave me extra water. There are many types of ramen, and in addition to that, they also have bowls (maybe set meals) that are attractive as a local Chinese restaurant, so if it was in the neighborhood, I would want to go there again and again. It was delicious, thank you for the meal!

It is located in the middle of Hakonegasaki station and Hamura station, more than 1km from each station. Although it is along a bare highway, there are several newly built apartment buildings in the direction of Hamura. Information that it is closed on Tuesdays and is open from 11 to 20. I arrived after 11 o'clock on this day and it was noges, but soon after that, customers who seemed to be locals came in one after another. This place seems to be thriving. Ordered ramen. The taste of the soup is almost the same as Shirakawa Tora. It's chicken bones pork bones soy sauce. It feels somewhat plump, but it is almost indistinguishable. In other words, the finished taste is delicious. However, the owner is old and it is hard to imagine that he tried to imitate a tiger. It seems that this has been the case for a long time. Even the noodles are different from Shirakawa, and there is a feeling that they have been aged for several days. (While Shirakawa Tora Shokudo is refrigerated for 2 days), it has a strong texture and goes down well. This is the hand-made noodle that you often come across in this series. Maybe it's something like Tokyo Teuchi. Overall, it's a solid, sophisticated cup. Delicious and highly recommended.

The bean sprout soba here is absolutely delicious ❗ It's an addictive taste ❗ The noodles are hand-made and taste good ❗ The gyoza are also delicious.
