More Comments at Google Map[Rich Tsukemen/Mendokoro Inosho] In the same space, there are four stores: Inosho, Tachikawa Mashimashi, Kubotaka, and Ramen Chachacha. (*As of June 10, 2020) Competition between stores is inevitable, so the turnover seems to be intense. The ticket machine and the counter are purchased separately. This time, I had "Inosho", which is popular for its thick tsukemen. Inosho has its main store at Shakujiikoen Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line, and I have eaten there several times. It's always a line, so it's a drawback that you can only go when it's here. However, the Tachikawa store is a little-known spot because you can enter without lining up and the turnover is good like the main store. When handing over the meal ticket, you can choose the amount of noodles, either 200g or 300g, for free. Other than that, they also provide hot pot, soup split, raw garlic, chopped yuzu, paper apron, and hair tie for free, and I feel the attention to detail from the customer's point of view. I was asked if I had a paper apron when I arrived, and there were many office workers during lunch time, so about half of them asked. The essential tsukemen, as the name suggests, is rich! Menma, green onions, kakuni, and seaweed are usually included, and seafood powder is on top. I ordered my favorite flavored egg for 120 yen. On the table are kombu vinegar, chili pepper, and pepper. It's rich, but the taste is strange in the second half, and you can eat it completely at the end. The person next to me asked for the chopped yuzu, which is a free option, so I will try it next time.
A new ramen shop had opened in Tamakan, so I went to try it out. The dried sardines ramen was surprisingly delicious, so I looked it up and found out that it was run by a famous restaurant called Niboshi Niboshi Ramen En. When I went back for a repeat visit, I was told that it was temporarily closed as of February 2021, so I can't wait for it to reopen. The level of food at Tamakan is truly amazing.
It's great that you can eat Ganko without lining up. Nuri (zero) is a type of ramen that is made only from the stock ingredients without using soy sauce or salt. Kaeshi comes in a separate bottle, so you can add it a little at a time and enjoy the change in taste. The slightly soft noodles are also good. I think the noodles are just right for enjoying the soup. Does the shop owner look scary? However, they kindly ask me if there is anything I don't understand. Thanks to you, I learned Yotsuya's mysterious password.
