Cute little shop a short walk away from Hana-Koganei station. The ramen shop was stylish and bright, more like a cafe than a typical ramen shop. The toppings on the tokusei was all excellently cooked with a nice bite to them. The wanton was great as well. Noodles was a little softer than I like but firm enough for katame, the soup was clean yet flavorful, i finished every last drop

A ramen shop located about 300 meters walk from the north exit of Hana-Koganei Station. The inside of the store is larger than the frontage, and it is quiet and very relaxing. Perhaps because it is spacious, there is no pressure to eat quickly, which is typical of ramen restaurants, and the interior is stylish and has an atmosphere similar to a cafe. There were about 4-5 table seats and 4-5 high counter seats. The ramen in the photo is a special size and costs 1,400 yen. You can enjoy various types of char siu at a reasonable price! You will get more satisfaction than what you paid for. The children's ramen was a great deal at 300 yen with flavored eggs (includes soft drink and sweets). The store is spacious, so you can enter the store without worrying about strollers.

The materials are alive! Seriously mellow! There is sweetness and then the richness of soy sauce. I can't stand it! And medium thin noodles with whole grains! It's great that they complement each other! High quality toppings! It was a mellow cup that conveyed that I had trained in Japanese cuisine! It is the recommended Chinese soba in the Kiyoyu system!
