I think it's been almost 20 years since we opened. I've loved this place since it first opened, and I order the tonkotsu soy sauce every time. I moved from Hino about 15 years ago, but every time I'm in the area, I eat here before heading home. I think it's a little more sour than before. Even so, the noodles were soaked with flavor, and the soup had an addictive taste. I'll drink it up. A store that deserves more recognition.

We recommend the mapo noodles. Since the winter limited edition has been promoted to regular status, I have been able to go there more often. The gyoza is served on a griddle, and the rice dishes are egg rice and chashu rice bowl. This menu is so delicious that I almost never eat anything else.

I've eaten Chinese soba, Tandan noodles, and Mapo ramen so far, and they were all very delicious. This time I came for the first time in a while and had basic Chinese soba. As you can see in the photo, the China soba is like Hachioji ramen with onions in it...or rather, Hachioji ramen? It's delicious and the price is quite reasonable. Today, the new year (January 3, 2020), one cup costs 500 yen. Is it really good? My younger brother orders Dandan noodles every time, and it's fun to grate the sesame seeds himself before they arrive. time and effort? No, I find that the time I spend waiting is actually fun. It's easy to see why I order the rich and spicy tandan noodles every time. Mapo ramen was recommended when I came with my father. I don't often order mapo-style dishes myself, but when I ordered it thinking it was dashi soup stock, it was a big hit. The mapo tofu and ramen were a perfect match, creating a delicious dish that didn't interfere with each other. If you have never eaten it before, we recommend that you try it once.
