Based on the positive reviews, today I ordered the default miso ramen (¥720) topped with char siu (¥250) and a flavored egg (¥100). Ah, half rice (¥ 100) is also included. The ramen looks delicious, but the first thing that catches your eye is the presence of pork 🙀 Powerful! , that's right 👀 Thick! Big! soft! … Above all, delicious ❗️😋 Out of the 3, I ordered 1 of them on top of the rice, but this one alone is more filling than a standard mini char siu rice bowl. First visit on April 7th! In my opinion, it's the best miso ramen in Tokyo. It took more than an hour to visit on high speed. I ordered ``Sankyo no Ichiban'' (3 pieces of char siu, with flavored egg). Every time I eat miso ramen from another place, my respect for Shimura deepens. The cost of Shimura's soup is probably an order of magnitude higher than that of other restaurants. The char siu is also of extremely high quality, and it has been announced that it is ``below cost price.'' Plenty of vegetables too. And everything is in perfect harmony.
