This is my first home. This is not a ticket vending machine, but a verbal order and payment after the meal. The order is 1,000 yen, which is the same price as char siu men, but rice is free at lunch time, and after lunch it will be 200 yen. I wanted the noodles to be harder and more oily, but I was told that they didn't have too much oil (crying). I didn't do enough homework. However, when I finished the rice bowl, the owner told me that he had added a little more oil, and I was grateful. In the end, the 1,000 yen noodles were as hard as char siu men, and had a little more oil, but it was delicious. I would like to thank the owner for his consideration. Thank you for the meal m(_ _)m

The ginger had a strong effect on it, and although it felt light considering it was a family-based dish, it had a strong flavor and was delicious♪ I should have gone sooner (lol)
