This is a series that is so delicious that you can put it up as soon as you finish eating it. I'm writing this at Sanwa near me lol I eat a lot of different types of food, but it completely changed my concept lol Misakiya Ramen MAX(1000) It is run by a couple with a quiet and friendly atmosphere. It's not a loud shop, so it's easy for anyone to enter lol The interior of the store is based on white and feels very cozy. The seats are at the counter and at a table in the back, with clean, wide spacing and acrylic panels. ...At this point, it's not a family line at all lol The most important ramen bowl. The noodles are medium-thick straight noodles from Maruyama Seimen. Delicious chewy noodles. And the soup is amazing. Everything was just right (really), and the soup stock and soy sauce were strong but not too heavy, satisfying even young children who like rich foods, and the flavor was excellent without a porky smell. The char siu also has a slightly sweet flavor, and the lentils and nori are perfect. The balance as a cup is the best, and I can afford KK. Overall, I felt that they worked very carefully and without cutting corners. A cup that even makes you feel moved. And this was the kind of cup that made me want to ``search for my family tree in the simplest way possible.'' Oh, there's a "post-checkout system" that many family-run stores don't have, so be careful about that.
You can smell the pleasant aroma of pork bones even from outside the restaurant. The store is clean and the owner is kind. The Iekei ramen is the best, made by the owner who trained at the Iekei ramen shop that I used to eat at when I was a child.
Honest royal road Yokohama Iekei ramen. The proud soy sauce flavor is a little strong, and goes well with medium-thick curly noodles. A bite of rice is not even a bite at all, so it is recommended to order it together.
