Come here at 11:30 on weekdays. I didn't even know the store existed, but I popped in without any preparation. There was no line and I just entered the store. Basically, this is a restaurant that specializes in tsukemen, but I don't like tsukemen, so I grabbed a bowl of Chinese noodles (average ¥800) and headed to the counter. Is it only a U-shaped counter? Although it is inside the store, there is a certain number of seats. The kitchen is spacious and seems to be in the back, so it seems lively and easy to move around in. The rice bowl arrived after about 3 minutes of waiting. Yay! The soup has a nice fishy scent. A very delicious soup that makes you smile when you sip it. The noodles are medium thick as they are popular for tsukemen. Thick noodles? And he's a chewy guy. There are two slices of chashu, but what does a better job than that is the shakshak's condiment onions. I'm sorry to say that I didn't have such high expectations, but the cup actually made me think, "It's delicious!" For women, "average" may be more common. Thank you for the meal.

The parking lot can accommodate more than 10 cars behind the store. The tsukemen size is 300g, so it's quite filling, but since it's a medium-thick straight noodle, it went down smoothly. There was a wait, but the noodles were served in a timely manner, so it was very quick to get the bowl from the moment you were seated. It was really delicious.

Taishoken's unique fish-based dipping sauce was not too dry, but went well with the firm, medium-thick noodles and was delicious. The amount of noodles was quite large, but they were chewy and delicious.This time I chose spicy tsukemen, and it was just the right amount of spiciness. The soft and delicious white of the half-boiled flavored egg was delicious, and the char siu had a strong flavor and chewy texture that was really delicious.
