[May 2023] Make sure you are hungry beforehand and try making vegetable dipping noodles. Today, the owner came out to support us from the back. It takes about 20 minutes to cook without any customers. Vegetable Tsukesoba, a lot of stir-fried vegetables... At first, I was eating with ease, wondering what the ingredients would be and what the soup stock would be like, but halfway through I started to feel a sense of crisis. The dipping sauce is completely filled to the bottom with stir-fried vegetables. I managed to finish eating it, but it was painful! Next time, I think I'll try regular dipping noodles and gyoza. [April 2023] This is my first visit. The reviews said that it takes a long time to be served during busy times, so I decided to visit at 3:30 pm on a weekday. There was one customer ahead of us, but his meal had already been served and he was eating. I ordered Tsukesoba (soy sauce flavor) for 650 yen. It was cooked in just over 10 minutes. The noodles were a bit large (about 1.5 balls of commercially available raw ramen?), but they were delicious. The dipping sauce was a waste, and I felt it could have used a little more noodles. (I probably can't eat vegetable tsukemen.) The way the noodles were boiled was quite soft, but the flavor was sour (but not too sour) and went well with the thick soup, which I liked. Although you can't tell from the photo, the dipping sauce was surprisingly rich, with lots of menma and small pieces of chashu. I was also given a large bowl of soup in a small kettle, but I couldn't drink it all. The lady, who appeared to be quite elderly, took care of everything from customer service to cooking. I have been making vegetable tsukesoba again and again, and the taste of the last time I ate it at the restaurant was refreshing and delicious, and it was loaded with vegetables, which seemed to be good for my health. Yakan dashi soup is delicious!
