I like the miso dandan noodles here. While the basic tonkotsu soy sauce ramen is also rich, it goes beyond that and has a thick soup like cream spaghetti. No matter how you look at it, the amount of oil and salt is bad for your health... but that's what makes it delicious... For some reason, the miso dandan noodles are not on the regular menu, only on the board when they appear. It's a taste that definitely chooses people, but it's recommended.

A shop where you can feel free to enter at any time. There is a counter so even one person. I recommend the stir-fried menma. Perfect for snacks!
