Today I visited for the first time in a long time with my friends who love ramen in the neighborhood. My favorite ramen from this restaurant is the black bonara, thick noodles without soup. Speaking of which, the day before yesterday, I ate delicious Taiwanese ramen at the famous restaurant "Kokoro" in Ookayama. It is recommended because it does not need to be picked. Access may be a little difficult if you are coming from afar.

Ever since my friend told me about it, I've been addicted to black bonara and have been eating it many times! I live in Mitaka, but it's so delicious that I want to come back from Mitaka to introduce it to my local friends! The owner is very responsive and treats me well every time. It is a unique taste that can only be eaten at Kuroshioya.

I've been coming here for decades, but the taste is always the same. It's a simple seafood-based ramen. The parking lot will be subsidized from 100 yen if you issue a parking certificate such as Times on the same street.
