More Comments at Google MapThere aren't many other places around here where you can eat pure pork bone ramen. I use it sometimes when I want to eat light pork bone ramen. I've never frequented an authentic ramen shop in Hakata before. I don't know the details, but I think it's a very ordinary and conscientious tonkotsu ramen. Garlic red ginger ramen sauce on the table You can also receive mustard mustard greens when serving the meal. A cup costs 550 yen, which is a reasonable price these days. The photo shows charcuterie topping (+150 yen)
It tasted like Kurume in Kitakyushu and was delicious! Kyushu Ramen Ishi in Kodaira may have a similar taste... Personally, I like Kumamoto and Kagoshima, so I felt unsatisfactory, but I omitted it because there are individual differences. The condiments are placed on the basic table, and the mustard greens are given individually from the refrigerator when eating. Personally, all you can put garlic is ◎. There is nothing to say because there are replacement balls, half replacement balls and rice. I think 650 yen is too cheap to eat tonkotsu ramen + double balls in this day and age. I will try black (ma oil?) soon.
The tonkotsu ramen was creamy, but had no odor, and even women could enjoy it. It was cheap at 550 yen per cup, but the quantity was also small. I ordered a 100 yen substitute and was full. I want to go again!
