I used it for an early lunch. I had the soy sauce ramen with dried sardines. It was very delicious and the customer service was good, so I wanted to use it again. When I used it, it was empty and I was able to eat comfortably.
Grand opening on May 10th! I heard that a new ramen restaurant was opening near the snack bar where I often go for drinks, so I immediately went there. The business is run by a young couple, and the handsome owner is from the popular Kitasenju restaurant ``Menya Oto.'' When I asked the owner of the restaurant, he told me that the restaurant where he is from Menya Oto, San, serves a rich niboshi (dried sardine) dish, but compared to that, he serves a lighter and lighter dish. This time I chose soy sauce. Although it may be light, the piping hot soup has the perfect flavor of dried sardines, and the taste is unmistakable like Mikawaya Seimen's whole grain straight noodles. Personally, I recommend the homemade wontons with cartilage as they were really delicious.
