More Comments at Google MapDelicious! 🤌🏻 I really like the toppings like the chashu or meat, egg, veggies. The noodles is perfectly cooked. The soup has strong flavor but it is fine. Good presentation👍 By the way, I seldomly see a naruto in ramen; because of that, Im so Happy! 😋
Enter around 2pm The order is tsukemen and barley rice for a total of 1000 yen. The inside of the store is properly air-conditioned and cool, and it feels more spacious than it looks from the outside and there are plenty of seats. After waiting for 7-8 minutes, a bowl of tsukemen and barley rice arrived along with the split soup. The noodles for tsukemen are thick, flat noodles. When you slurp this hard-boiled flat noodles in a rich dipping sauce with a faint scent of dried sardines, the taste is unparalleled and your chopsticks will move forward! Noodles are ready in no time! But there is still rice left. Stirred with cold noodles, the leftover dipping soup, which had completely cooled down, was mixed with hot split soup in a pot, and barley rice was added. The richness of the dipping soup disappears, making it taste more like dashi chazuke rather than a gentle and light dashi rice porridge. The chewy texture of barley rice, which is mixed in a ratio of 8 wheat and 2 rice, is a good accent, and you won't be able to stop using your chopsticks! It's ready to eat again in no time! After eating, pour only the fragrant broth into a bowl and drink it instead of tea to take a break. Full stomach very happy! If you can enjoy this much for 1000 yen, I think the cost performance is the best 👍
I ate max ramen. The seafood soup and thin noodles matched very well and was very delicious. Each of the many ingredients was very delicious.
