You MUST go when you come to Tokyo, Japan! 最高!
When I was looking for a restaurant where I could eat ramen for work, I found this place! I decided to go there because the cost performance of the ramen seemed good for just one coin. The store is an old-fashioned Chinese restaurant. There are only 7 (maximum 8?) counter seats inside the store. The price seems to have increased recently, by about 50 yen. I can't tell much from past information, so I ordered a large serving of chashu men (850 yen). There are 5 pork belly pieces. Contains menma, wakame seaweed, and bean sprouts. I said "large serving of chashu men" so it was soy sauce flavored, but I haven't heard of it so I can't say for sure, but it seems like you can also use miso or salt! Although there is no menu or in-store information, there is an atmosphere where you can add toppings to other noodles. The soup looked like the kind of soup you would find in commercially available fresh ramen noodles, so I couldn't judge it as particularly good or bad, and it was more like an old-fashioned ramen soup. The amount of noodles is about 110g per ball of commercially available ramen, but there is enough for 2 balls. Ramen may have individual tastes, but I'm glad I went to this restaurant because the cost performance was very good.
