More Comments at Google MapI had the much talked about "Ise shrimp Chinese noodles". The shrimp soup is amazing! It's so delicious...The purple onions go well with it, and the chashu pork is soft and delicious. I like it. But it was a little salty. There are a lot of ramen and side menus, so it's fun to be confused. I wanted to go there when I was hungry and have some ramen and a small bowl. I'm sure whatever you eat will be delicious. I was happy that the store was clean, and the staff were kind. It feels like it's easy for a single woman to enter, which is nice.
I came into this store because I was interested in it being close to my workplace. This time, I ordered the limited quantity Raw Doguro Chinese Soba for ¥890. I was saddened that the previous restaurant, Sukekakuya, had closed because it was cheap and I liked it, but I like stylish ramen shops like this, so I sat down with high expectations. Food ticket machines are very common. It feels like the same Chofu Button (Inspire type). Are you having a bit of a hard time choosing? Such impressions. The first thing that surprised me was that the water container was a tumbler. Most of the cups are made of plastic, so they give off a luxurious feel (at this point, the service and atmosphere are 5 stars...). And the bowl arrived sooner than I expected. Looks very good. Beautiful, cool. That's how I feel. First, I'll take a bite of the soup. It has a strong seafood flavor with a strong dashi and a gentle yet gentle taste. I almost said out loud, "It's delicious..." The noodles were thin and easy to eat, and went in smoothly. Before you know it, you've finished eating. I ordered a spare ticket that had been issued in advance. It also came sooner than expected. I thought it was just noodles, but I was surprised to find that it also came with onions and mitsuba leaves. This one has a substitute ball, but the first bite after the substitute ball lost its punch. Regarding this, would it be okay if I add a little bit of Kaeshi when using the replacement ball? What do you think? The only toppings on the table are black pepper and rock salt. It was really delicious. As for the first cup, I have no complaints. I thought it would be nice if there was a seasoning or a different taste (other than on the table) after the substitute balls. I'll come back later.
This is the best and most delicious ramen I've had in a while and it's not too expensive. I ordered the special Ise Shrimp Chinese Soba, and it was very good with an elegant taste and a strong shrimp stock. The char siu is moist, the boiled egg is delicious and half-boiled, and the toppings are perfect, and at 890 yen, it's a bargain. There is half a piece of grilled shrimp on it, but is this lobster? I feel like it's not profitable... Next time I'll try the local chicken ramen as it looks consistently delicious.
