More Comments at Google MapI've been to many ramen shops across Japan, a Japanese friend showed me this one. This is by far one of the best places I've been to. If you are nearby you should definitely try it.
Real cool, very Japanese
I've been curious about it for a while and finally passed by today so I decided to give it a try. Tonkotsu ramen B set ¥950 and adding char siu to it made the tonkotsu char siu men B set ¥1,150? Anyway, I wanted to eat tonkotsu chashu men and a bowl of rice, so I was grateful for the flexibility. Ramen usually focuses on texture, so I usually go for thick noodles, but the noodles here are super thin, typical of Hakata, and when you eat the huge, thinly sliced chashu with the noodles, it's satisfying and harmonious as a single dish. It's perfectly prepared and delicious. I thought that thin noodles would be fine for this. Next, the set of small ginger-grilled rice bowl. This is also delicious. It was written in other people's reviews and photo posts that it was the best ginger-grilled rice bowl in Japan, and the seasoning was certainly outstanding. It felt like a pork bowl with thick meat rather than ginger-yaki, so it was quite a hearty dish. When the set arrived, it might not be enough. . I thought so, but it was quite filling and I didn't have to make it a big serving. Thank you for the meal. I will drop by again.
