strategic place to stay
Jiro and its inspired system are quite round, but this is a pretty favorite taste. Kuta vegetables, non-emulsifying caramel soup, oil is semi-solid, medium-thick curly noodles, meaty yet crisp pork. For my first visit, I ordered a simple ramen with less garlic, but the impression was that it was well-balanced and not too heavy. *Please note that it is less for those who are accustomed to Jiro. In terms of the taste of Kaeshi, it has an image similar to Jiro Koshigaya, which has reduced the amount of pork and the whole amount. Of course, I think the situation is different depending on how busy I am, but I was impressed by the kindness of the staff, such as confirming that the amount of garlic was less, and giving me an umbrella when I was in trouble due to sudden heavy rain.
