Great Hiroshima Tsukemen right here in Tokyo! Choose your since level from 1 to 100.

I received the Hiroshima-style Tsukemen with a spiciness level of 10, and a small amount of noodles (half the normal amount). My companion had the dipping sauce set to a spiciness level of 20, then added another 20 to the spiciness level, and ate a large serving of the spiciness for a total of 40. Apparently you can add spiciness later, but they recommend starting at 10, so I gave it a 10, and it was spicy enough. It was amazingly delicious. On the other hand, I had a little bit of the spicy dipping sauce at 40, but it didn't feel that spicy lol. The owner of the shop was a very nice person and the atmosphere of the shop was nice.

This is a restaurant where you can enjoy rare Hiroshima Tsukemen in Tokyo! Not only the taste is great, but the owner's personality is also wonderful, and even though it's a little difficult to get to, you'll want to come back. I would like people other than Hiroshima residents to try it. We are also broadcasting the Carp match!
