It seems that a tonkotsu specialty store has opened in Inosho, and I was curious about it, so I went to check it out. Ekiton, weekday lunchtime daily special mini pork rice (free), Indian substitute. The ramen tastes like rich pork bone ramen. The noodles are thin. The amount of noodles in the first bowl seems small, so I feel like I need a substitute. I asked for the substitute egg without coriander. The keema curry is a little spicy and delicious. It's delicious on its own with curry and noodles, or it's delicious with curry on top of mini pork rice. Lastly, I topped off the remaining soup with curry pork bone ramen. There was a large amount of spare balls, so when eating rice, it might be okay to use half a ball.

Although the space is calm and quiet, the staff are lively and polite. Delivery is also quick and excellent. There is almost no fermentation smell that is typical of Hakata ramen, but the unique aroma of pork head is addictive. For a Hakata-style dish, the default toppings are luxurious and the portion is quite filling even without extra noodles, so we recommend ordering the first bowl with normal or thick noodles, which are less likely to spread, and with your second and subsequent bowls (with extra noodles), order something firmer. Although it is from the Inosho chain, the tonkotsu soup is not mushy and has a strong aroma and flavor, so it is a must-try.
