I received the medium size (750+50 yen) without soup. When handing over the meal ticket, we will call out garlic and vegetables. The bowl is piping hot, and the aroma of charred food from the burner whets the appetite. The thick noodles and the sauce went well together, and while I could feel the burnt and fried garlic, I enjoyed it while occasionally refreshing my mouth with the cabbage moya. The balance is great. It was so delicious that I wish I had made it larger. It also includes 4 pieces of chashu pork and a flavored egg, making it an incredible value for money. At the end, I diluted the sauce with the soup on the table (it was delicious with the fish flakes) and drank it all. By the way, sauce, vinegar, pepper, and chili pepper are placed on the table. The sauce has a lingering taste of garlic and a little sweetness, and it's surprisingly cheap, so it's no wonder there are so many regular customers. The owner was very polite and the store was clean and organized. There are a lot of YAZAYA goods, and I think fans will be happy.

This is my first visit. I have always been interested in soupless ramen, and this was my first time trying it. In conclusion, it was great! This is an eye-opening thing. Thick noodles, sauce, vegetables, char siu, boiled eggs...this balance. It's been calculated thoroughly. It was a ramen that I would like many people to try at least once, without any preconceptions. Of course repeat is confirmed!

The ultimate soupless ramen. I want mazesoba lovers all over the country to try it. As others have written, it is addictive and you will want to eat it after a while. This cost 750 yen, which is very good value. The chewy, thick noodles are coated with Big Brother's special rich soy sauce sauce. The recommended topping is the mustard mayo (50 yen). The free black pepper on the table also tastes weird.
