The young general is a bit of a craftsman and is picky, the cold cups are reusable, there's no air conditioning or background music, you can't decide where to sit, the prices are high for a ramen restaurant, and the food is delicious. I don't really know. But sometimes I just want to eat it. A taste that can only be eaten here. It's been a while since I left my residence in Tokorozawa, and I usually settle for Negi Ramen at a ramen shop, but I find myself wanting to go to this shop on a regular basis. I've been going there ever since it was near the Kanetsu Tokorozawa Interchange. Truly soul food 🤣 Stable medium-sized hard noodles (850 yen)! I think a firmer one is good for first-timers too lol
