Delicious ramen

I often come to Niiza for work, and I was curious about this highly rated restaurant, so I decided to visit. It seems like it is run by a father and son, and everything at the counter was smooth and pleasant. The restaurant only has a counter with about 10 seats, but the service is quick and the turnover is quick. Most people order a set that includes ramen, and I think it's amazing that rice and ramen cost less than 1,000 yen. The portions are large enough that you can be satisfied even if you don't order a large portion. The ramen is lightly prepared and feels like old-fashioned Chinese ramen. "Kotteri" is also recommended for an additional 50 yen. I would like to stop by again when I'm in the area.

This is a ramen shop that makes you think, ``I've always wanted to try this kind of ramen.'' I came here to eat two days in a row. On the first day, we received the Taiwanese ramen and mini fried rice shown in the photo. Is it the meat miso on top of Taiwanese ramen? The bean sprouts and chives go well together, making it spicy and delicious. On the second day, I ordered tomato tsukemen (perhaps only available in summer?). The refreshing taste and sourness of the tomatoes were perfect for the hot summer! The customer service is good, and you can get yogurt for dessert♪
