This is the taste of Chikuho and Tagawa in Fukuoka. It's a taste that I've been familiar with since I was a child. The soup is made from pork bones, and if you drink it up to the end, there will be powdered marrow left in the bowl. The ramen comes with bamboo shoots, wood ear mushrooms, green onions, and 2 slices of roasted pork fillet. Noodles are thin noodles and you will be asked for your favorite hardness. Hakata ramen and Kurume ramen are different. Ramen Yamagoya's first store is located on Route 201 in Kashuncho, Tagawa, Fukuoka. (Currently, it has moved to Michi-no-Eki Kawara.) In the Kanto region, I think it was here and in Waseda.

If you want to eat authentic Chikuho ramen in Saitama prefecture, this is the place. The taste is different from the usual Hakata ramen, which is free of charge, and you may have different tastes.

I come here often because I can easily eat authentic Kyushu tonkotsu ramen. I had a replacement ball put in from the beginning. The photo shows the typical ramen, but I think I usually order the Showa (Mukashi) ramen. I think this is the only store in Deo City that has been around since it first opened. Recommended.
