I am a regular customer of Yucaifang. The noodles in this store are really delicious. They are chewy and smooth, and you feel full of satisfaction when you chew them. If you only order tsukemen noodles, the price is 800 yen, and large and medium portions of noodles are free. I may have been to this store dozens of times. All in all highly recommended.

A large serving of delicious and spicy tsukemen! Three (*´ڡ`●) I went there on a public holiday, but it's a popular restaurant with lines waiting for over 30 minutes even at 2pm! You will be greeted with a pleasant greeting. The spiciness of the careful double soup is suppressed to the point where it doesn't hurt, and you can adjust the spiciness by using the special chili pepper at the table. All of the noodles here are made by Taisei Foods, a long-established noodle manufacturing company rooted in Nakano Ward. Not only tsukemen, but all menus available for a limited time have special noodles. For the tsukemen, we use noodles that are chewy and have a great chewy texture that will go down your throat. Tsukemen noodles are delicious with whip whip! The soup is quite salty, but you can adjust it because there is a split soup on the desk. I got there around 11am and there was already a line. A shop where there is a tatami room in the back and children are welcome.
