An excellent Ramen shop managed by a couple, using only natural and mineral ingredients. A rare pearl in the Dogenzaka Nampeidai. The taste, shoyu, is excellent. The restaurant can accommodate up to 20 25 people and waiting time in none to reasonable. Leava a bit of Ramen soup at the end and mix with some rice, this is the Chef recommendation. Ticket machine inside, but welcome and service are very personal.

Fresh and delicious ramen option. I went back multiple times during my time in Tokyo.
