I ate fried rice half ramen set + appetizer char siu. Dashi is effective for ramen. It's not too effective, but elegant. The fried rice was especially delicious with the char siu inside, so I ordered a snack char siu separately. And a snack char siu. Thick, refreshing, good elasticity. The salad was a surprising amount. The amount was large, but it wasn't overly delicious, and I was very satisfied with all of them!

A famous local store. If I remember correctly, it's been in business for 35 years or more. Ever since my father took me there when I was in elementary school, I love Chinese soba and go there occasionally. I used to run a ramen specialty store, but the Chinese soba here is the best! It's the best no matter how many times I eat it. Even if you eat like this every day, even after more than 30 years, the shop has not changed. I don't call this kind of shop a famous shop,, I think. I also go to the Shibuya store from time to time lol. The location of the Shibuya store has changed since then. From next to Joshuya, now next to Hikarie.
