The chashu pork was soft and a little tough, but the rest of the ingredients were really orthodox. Personally, I would have preferred a little more ginger flavor in the soup. Unlike the famous restaurants, I can enjoy the ramen without being self-conscious about it. Of course it is delicious, but it also requires a lot of power.
