Really good ramen, rich, deep flavored, nice noodles and chashu

I loved it. Is delicious. Came here on a weekday at noon. It was usually empty. I ordered the special dried sardines ramen. It is topped with boiled egg, seaweed, thinly sliced ​​menma, and chashu pork. There are two thin slices of chashu of two types: boiled pork and grilled pork. The soup is really delicious. You can really feel the flavor of dried sardines, but you don't feel any harsh taste. Lately, I've started to dislike ramen with a lot of back fat, so I find this kind of gentle ramen even more delicious. The portions are also a bit modest, so adults may prefer it more than young people. I would like to eat there again when I come to Koenji.
