The other day, I went to Menya Kentaro, one of the famous ramen restaurants in Koenji! ! Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the business hours were 10pm, but we were able to enter the store safely. The store is located on the left side of the Tensuke building, just off the Nakadori shopping street. Well, what I ordered on this day was yuzu soy sauce noodles. The official name is ``Light Chinese Soba Type Pure Dried Sardine Yuzu Soy Sauce Noodles''. (Borrowed from menu) The soup here is very gentle on my stomach, which has a lot of alcohol from drinking highballs and the like. And most of all, I love the noodles here, which are neither too thin nor too thick and have a chewy texture. Moreover, the soup goes really well with it. If you like it light, we recommend the ``Yuzu Soy Sauce Noodles'', and if you want something heartier, we recommend the ``Kasane Flavored Noodles''! The soup is extremely sophisticated and delicious. I had the tonkotsu (tonkotsu), and although it had a thick back fat, it didn't have any smell, and the thick, curly noodles were great, allowing you to enjoy the taste of the high-quality soup!!!
