I had the back fat shoyu ramen. The broth was sweet and savory. Quite possibly the best ramen I've had yet. The portion sizes are also huge. The people here are very nice, giving me an extra charsiu piece after initially forgetting the extra charsiu side. The fried rice is also pretty good.

First of all, the atmosphere of this area! It feels like you've entered the local world of a street in Bangkok, Thailand! Surprisingly, there is a village in the middle of Tokyo. Anyway, the air, shops and people that exist in this area are 5 stars. I ate ramen at Tokitaya, and the taste was as good as other reports said! And Tokitaya, who exists in this area, is a perfect match and I have nothing but respect. Smoking is allowed in the store, but even the smell of cigarettes feels like the spice of ramen. It was a post from me who has never smoked. The dog chained to the guardrail of the 7-Eleven diagonally opposite was dangerous, so I took a picture of it too! Hey, owner, you're 1 star!

A place I've always wanted to go to, Karatama ramen is delicious! I was sweating because it was this time of year 💦 A lot of cubed chashu came out from inside. The soup contains a lot of minced garlic, but it's not that garlicky, and the balance between the spiciness and the eggs is perfect. My mother was also very kind and told me I should wear an apron since I was wearing a white shirt, so she brought me a disposable apron. Next time I'll order the soy sauce ramen type, and I'm also intrigued by the ginger ramen!
